I worked with the Sharonville, Ohio location. My movers were Blade and Chaste - they were great. They showed up right on time and were professional, efficient and worked very hard to make my move as easy as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. In the office, I was in contact with Casey. She was a pleasure to work with and made sure to call with confirmations and experience follow up. She was very easy to speak with, clear on my options and made scheduling a breeze.

Top-to-bottom my moving experience with Two Men And A Truck was by far the easiest, smoothest and most transparent process compared to all of the other processes involved in a move/relocation. It was refreshing to say the least.

Overall, the experience was fine. My (freshly painted) wall was knicked and scratched, so that was disappointing. But the guys were friendly and fast, and I know some of our furniture was a tight fit.

This had to have been the absolute worst move ever. To begin with Rodney from the office would not return any of our calls to confirm timing/etc the week before the move (tried 3 separate days, finally called us back day before). He also didn't inform the moving team they would be packing until morning of our move- we have a 4 bedroom, 3 story home. They sent 2 men, which was not enough. They did not complete packing or loading on time. 2 men were injured while loading, and we had to leave our property before cleaning it to make our house closing. We subsequently need to pay for someone to clean our previous rental property. Items were left at our home. Packing was done horribly because there was not enough staff to pack- no organization, not labeled, not cared for. Awful.

My brother told me he had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck in Cincinnati and gave me their contact information. I called Rodney and he came out, look over our furniture, I explained some going to storage, the rest to a smaller home both 350 miles away. He answered all my questions, and confirmed that the pieces would fit in the storage unit. The office call a couple of days before the move to confirm arrival time of truck and men. Moving day they showed up on time, we had marked pieces going to storage and they packed the truck according to the two stops they would be making. I met Alex and Seth the next day at the storage facility in Chicago, they unloaded and we headed to second stop an hour away, they unloaded. Alex and Seth were amazing and made this move easy. Kevin

The guys treated my items and home with care. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. I could not ask for a better experience. TM&AT service has actually improved since I last used it and it was good before.

The guys who moved my stuff were amazing. They showed up when they were supposed to, loaded the truck with care and arrived at our new home on time. No dents or scratches on anything. I would definitely use them again. The price was the same or slighly higher compared to other movers but the cost was totally worth it. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again. Ask for George and Trey to do your move. They are awesome!!!!

The movers, AJ and Mickey, that came out were very patient with our resident who was moving from her condo to a senior living community! It was a long day physically and mentally, but they kept their professionalism and cared about their needs and wants. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication!

I had a traditional 2bdrm move, no special items, 3rd floor to 3rd floor & it took 4.5hrs. The driver was courteous, but direct when reviewing my paperwork so I had no questions about the cost. He was very friendly while remaining professional. The other mover was more aloof & didn’t interact much with me unless I directly asked him questions.
