Service was great! They wrapped my furniture and were very careful. The only problem we had was that we didn't need 3 men for the few things we needed moved.

The storage and return of my furniture during a recent home remodel went more smoothly than I ever imagined. From the office team to the movers themselves, everyone was courteous, responsive and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to you all!!

Nice experience from the initial calls to the follow ups after the move.

The driver and lead mover took the remote for the automatic bed when he moved our stuff and placed it in his pocket. He remarked to a witness, that "you will need this for the bed". We did not receive it back, and he relayed to staff that he did not take it. Therefore, our experience was negative. By the way, that remote retails for $140. I will always wonder if he took it to sell it. The driver also mentioned at least 3 times during the move that he had 2 other jobs that day - even though we had everything ready and there were not even 10 items to move. Pressuring people does not help them move faster.
