The crew from Elyria is fantastic!! I had them before and was excited for them to help me again.

Movers scheduled for 9am arrived at 11:35 am when they finished loading and left to go to the final destination they diapered for over 2 1/2 hrs. when unloading truck in a hurry to get finished they damaged and scratched the oak hutch and broke the leg of computer table they also Chipped & scratched up a brand new front end washer and dryer. When they first started the job there was an operation manager on site and things went well once he left it all fell apart. The move we made this time was only temporary and we where planning on re using two men and a truck again but after this we will definitely be look at other options

All of the movers were professional and worked very hard, they were very polite, friendly and made a busy day much easier than I expected. I would use them again in the future. Highly recommend using them.

The move went well until the moving truck hooked the cable line suspended across the driveway at our new house while backing in. This cable now hangs down to where we can barely get in and out of the property. The Brunswick Ohio office staff was quick to initially respond to the incident and assure us it would be repaired, but nothing has been done to fix the cable to date. We understand that the actual repair has to be accomplished by the cable company, but there has been no followup by the office staff to let us know when this may happen. The only time we get any information is when we call them. NOT good business practice.
If you can't communicate what is being done, I have to assume you are not doing anything, and there's no way I can recommend your services.

Your Brunswick staff were exceptional. Thank you so much for your help. Especially appreciate the professionalism Warren and Ryan showed during our move. They were amazing!

Overall a good experience. However, the movers were due to arrive between 9-10am and were supposed to call before they arrived. They arrived at 10:06 A.M. and did not call ahead of time. The driver told me he couldn't call because the battery on his phone died. 20 minutes into the move I saw one of the other movers on his phone, so someone on the team could have called.

I have used Two Men and a Truck in the past and keep coming back because of the excellent service I receive. The three guys who moved me were kind, helpful, professional and respectful. When a company treats its employees well it shows through their performance, and your company is obviously doing everything right. I have referred your company more times than I can count and will continue to do so. Thank you for making my move less stressful!

The team was professional, got the job done quickly, and was a lot of fun! They treated my father's furniture as if it was their own. Excellent, all the way around!

Jacob and Brad quickly became like part of the family. They assured me that my prize possession, being an oversized king wrap around bed, would be well taken care of and it most definitely was. They explained about wrapping it and being able to keep it that way until I take it to a permanent place. Might be crazy but my sister and I had so much fun in what was otherwise a very stressful situation. Not often that can be said. In addition Pam and Katie were wonderful calling and making sure everything was going well. Hats off to a great company and a great team. Would recommend them every day.
