I thought the guys were friendly and their communication between the crew was great. The guided each other through the move.

We had a grand piano moved. It was clear they the crew was fairly inexperienced with grand pianos, but they were well supervised and did a nice job. (No mishaps).

The movers were helpful and courteous. They worked hard with few breaks. However the original estimate of time and cost was way off. The office person taking my information knew we were new construction, yet failed to mention that the truck could not be on our driveway. I understand this, but that should have been included in the estimated time and cost.

The men who moved my furniture were a great help. The office staff did explain the costs and such, however, my moving team moved me to Lorain, Ohio and they drove back to the Elyria location but I was charged for them to drive back to Brunswick which was NOT the location they worked. I expressed my concern to the office staff and was told a manager would contact me to take care of this. Nobody called but they charged my card anyway. I was too preoccupied to call and complain over the phone as I have a full time job and offices are closed by the time I am off. I am disappointed with the office customer service because the moving team that moved me were great. I will not be recommending Two Men and a truck nor use them again.

I was told my team would show up between 1-4 and they didn't. So I called the office after 4 and the office personnel called the dispatch person and was told they were running late. They arrived at 5:44. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if they had communicated that to me earlier. As I was listening to your programmed recording while waiting on the phone it said communication makes a successful move. You failed on that part which you claim is so important which is why I would rate my overall experience as poor.

The men were prompt, courteous, and did an awesome job. I will recommend the company and use it again if necessary.

Movers called first and arrived on time. Completed my move without wasted time. Movers were polite at all times and willing to move anything I asked them to.

The moving team sent in for our job was awesome. They were totally professional and really took their time moving everything safely. Super friendly.
