This is the second time I have used 2 Men & Truck for moving and both experiences were great. Movers were fast and efficient which kept our cost low. Movers payed attention to details when moving and asked me to feel welcome to ask any questions I may have about the process. I am especially happy the movers set up any furniture they need to take apart for the move.

While I am overall satisfied with the service I received, I think you should consider offering a labor only option. We had several PODS that were part of the move. We were charged the same hourly rate and mileage for unloading those as we were for the time we were actually using your equipment. I wanted the professionalism of your staff for the unload on the PODS, so I paid the price, but most people would not. The day that we were doing nothing but a PODS you could have sent the crew in a van or pickup. There was no need to send a 28 foot straight truck, and the office was well aware of the day's plan.

Carlton and Warren were excellent. They started by introducing themselves, discussed the process and went right to work. They did not waste any time. They took very good care of our furniture and were very thorough. We we arrived at our house, they made sure the furniture was in the proper rooms and even moved a few pieces we already had in the house but wanted re-positioned. Everything arrived in the same condition as when it was removed from our other residence. I wish we had used this company for our other long distance move. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Everything was explained beforehand, so there were no surprises. I was kept informed on the day of the move by the team.
Shawn and Carl were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

I would have ranked them much higher, but the amount of damage to the house that I moved from and the house that I moved into was beyond unacceptable. I was told I would be contacted within 2 days about the damages and what they would do about it. It's now a week since I moved and no one contacted me. I have multiple areas of significant damage and it is clear that they do not care about making the situation right. The team of movers did work hard and were very pleasant and polite, but the damage and lack of responsiveness from the company has made this a completely miserable experience. I have even alerted my friend who referred me to the issues I experienced.

My movers - Damian, Christopher and Ted were personable, polite and professional. After having spent an entire day on another job, they arrived at my home at 4:15 pm with smiles on their faces, a professional demeanor, and took excellent care of my brief move. These young men are to be commended.
When confronted with a billing error, I was able to call on Jen to satisfactorily resolve the issues. Thank you for your great customer service!

the only complaint I had was they had a hard time getting the couch in the living room and and put some Mark's on the plaster

these guys were great. helped me with everything .They had to walk up along driveway because it was new. about 90 degrees. great this was our third move with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK all good thank you

This is my second time in two weeks I’ve used Two Men and a Truck to move. Jeremiah, Tyrell and Joe were my moving team. They took excellent care of my mother’s stuff and moved her into assisted living without any issues. Set up everything that needed to be set up and cleaned up where they had been. Overall it was an excellent experience. Traci in the office was pleasant, thorough and professional. She also did an excellent job! I was very satisfied. Saundra

This was first partial move of mostly antique bedroom furniture. I was very pleased with the moving team and their handling of my antique items (moving downstairs, wrapping, transporting and placing in new house). It was way too big a truck for this move, but otherwise everything was great. I'll be doing one more partial move before final move in September. I've been in my current home 47 years, and have never used a moving service before. Thanks for a pleasant experience!
