All was good except for washer and dryer. The washer was on top of the cord. The dryer cent and water line were not attached.

The assistant mover was clearly new to the job (between two weeks and a month). Ryan was very patient with him, but he usually had to tell him twice to go get something such as the mattress cover. When he asked him to get the black strap for the heavy cabinet, he said it wasn’t in the truck and said maybe my husband grabbed it. I don’t know if he meant to be accusatory, but it sounded like it to me. Ryan then went to look and came up with it after moving something that was on top of it. I know when you’re paying for a service by the hour, lack of follow through really adds up...Cha Ching. It frustrated me a little. At the end of the day, I know it’s a labor intensive job and they were both very nice so although it may have cost me a couple more dollars, it was a successful experience!

The 3 movers assigned to my move were absolutely wonderful. Very nice, polite and pleasant - worked very hard and efficient. They were very careful with handling all of the merchandise. They worked as a team and adjusted to the many obstacles that they were faced with as the move ended up being much bigger than originally anticipated. I would highly recommend this team and have discussed requesting them for my next move. They made this entire experience better - they treated everyone with kindness and respect and would definitely recommend them to others! Job well done! Thank you!

Ted, Damian and Carleton were excellent movers. They worked quickly and carefully and were very pleasant. They took care of my furniture on the loading and unloading. They were faster than the estimated time and I was very happy with their work. GREAT JOB!!!

My move included three different locations which required the movers to be creative with ways to keep my belongings separated. They were able to get everything to the proper location because of their organization skills. In addition, other challenges arose that were out of their control at a very late hour and yet my guys continued to support me while figuring out other alternatives. Thank you again for providing such a caring and professional team!

Our two man team was amazing our 3 man team did their job but were just very slow.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. From the first phone call to the office through the truck pulling away after delivery, the experience was exceptional. Communication to any project is the key to success and they have it down to a science. In addition, the movers displayed a sense of pride in their work which was refreshing, to say the least. I've used them before, and will be using them again in the not too distant future. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Everything went well with the exception of the estimated arrival time. Actual arrival occurred roughly 4 hours later than expected, through no fault of the movers.
