Wide discrepancy here. The first team- the team that moved our furniture- were nice, courteous, however very inexperienced and made several critical mistakes resulting in thousands of dollars of damage to our home, to furniture and to appliances. A 2nd, very experienced team came 2 days later to complete the move and fix a couple of issues. They were very good. Very careful and were able to explain some of the mistakes that the first team made. The office staff has been very courteous and professional over the phone, however they appear to be somewhat disorganized or at least not very cohesive. Bottom line, Two Men and A Truck has turned an exciting time of our lives - our move to our ( new construction ) ' dream house' into a nightmare, one that is not yet over several weeks later.

Moving team was friendly, helpful and courteous. Worked non-stop and worked together. Moved all difficult items without issue.

I had such a good team of movers. They were professional but a lot of fun to be around. They made the day go fast and were so careful with all my things. Bunch of great guys!

Overall, a very positive experience. However, one mover picked up mud on his shoe from outside and then proceeded to bring that into the house unknowingly, traveling up the stairs and into a bedroom and back down. I was able to clean it up, but somewhat annoyed that 'booties' were not worn or a runner placed. The movers were polite, efficient, and worked in a timely fashion. I was charged for 1/2 hour over the actual time, which I supposed was for travel? I thought some consideration for the carpet I had to clean would have been nice. I would use your services again, but would suggest to you having your movers wear covers over their shoes, and perhaps stage the moving to minimize contact with carpeted areas.

Ted and his coworker where polite and professional. I had a few heavy antiques that they were very careful with. I would recommend two men and a truck to anyone moving!

During the pre-move conversations I stated that we had a Sole elliptical to move. The case worker wanted pictures, make and model. Twice I recall her stating, "Mr. Morris, we will take care of it. When the moving crew got to the exercise area they announced they would not move the elliptical due to liability reasons. I was most upset as I had a verbal contract that it would be moved. Calls were made and it was announced that it would be moved assembled. The drywall and paint of the stairwell took a beating and 2 chunks of oak were removed from the door trim at the top of the stairs.
We moved a piano that had to be carried outside to the lower finished area. Inadequate floor covering was placed down and carpet was soiled.
Also, CD player, curio cabinet and business files arrived scrambled.

I called and explained what we needed and the office staff was friendly and very informative. I was sent a quote via email and had a fast response . The moving rates and options were clearly explained. All my questions were answered with great detail. This is the first time I had to arrange for movers and I was stressed about it. The minute I spoke to your team member I was at ease. The movers were excellent they were courteous and very efficient they really know their job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to move. Your prices are reasonable and they arranged our furniture exactly how we asked them . My husband and I are extremely happy and satisfied with you moving team. If We need more help we would request the same team . Thank you so much for everything, Bravo!

Start to finish, everyone went above and beyond!! Ken, Robert, and Charles were just absolutely amazing!! Ken and Robert knew their stuff, so helpful. Was such a pleasure having them here. Great attitudes! It was the best part or our move. I couldn't have picked a better team. Thank you!! Cant say enough good stuff.......Sharon Smink
