The overall experience with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK was excellent. The most special aspect of the move was the work ethic and attitude of the two young men who worked diligently moving my things into my new home. They were exceptional - hard working - paid attention to detail - and made the trauma of moving a pleasant experience. I am so happy that I chose TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for this move!

We had been in our old house for thirty years, and had much to move to our new house. I did not appreciate the effort required for this move, and the Tow Men and Truck team was a big help making sure moving day was a success. The moving team worked well with my wife and I to make sure the right items received extra care and everything found its right destination. The crew worked well together and put in a hard 11 hour day, with only a couple breaks that I was not charged. Nice Work!

Oh have had the company before and I highly recommend them because I have never had any problems in any of the moves.They are always professional,efficient,fast,courteous and mostly reliable.I like to have my work of with any contractor to run smoothly.Im busy and time is money.You pay for what you get in services of any kind.I would rather pay a little more and get quality service.I have had friends who had other movers and it turned to be a nightmare from the beginning to the end.They were trying to save a buck and they regrets it from the time the move started.I told them to hire your company but they didn't want to pay your prices.They wish they would have called your company and they would had a lot less hassle and more time to enjoy their places rather than worrying about the mov

With only days notice, Two Men and a Truck made my move possible. From the first phone call I was so impressed by the personable staff that actually seemed to care about the ease of the process and the care of our belongings. The movers were incredibly friendly and efficient making sure they knew exactly what was fragile and how to best use my time to save me money. We will absolutely be using Two Men and a Truck for our next move.

The two young men were professional, pleasant, eager to please and overall just fabulous. They also had a humorous streak too which made the stressful situation evaporate. I would absolutely repeat using this company again. I also booked this move with less than a week notice and was just beyond appreciative they could accommodate my schedule needs. Honestly, it was a "Nordstrom" type of experience-- 200% focused on customer service. Thanks again so much.

There was property damages and have not followed up with us or any of it. Used before was extremely happy this time not so much

I am very upset with the supervisor of the elyria shop I called over 2 weeks ago about missing property of mine left many messages for Tracey to call me back and nothing. I don't like that your employees stole property of mine. And I am not getting anything resolved.

Movers were slow to move probably because my daughter was alone and they were trying to add time to the move. Once she called them out they moved a little faster. We were prepared for this move so it should not have taken so long. Also property was taken to shortage and was dumped in the unit. Very disappointed.

Robert, Jordan and Steven were awesome!!! Listened, responded, were respectful, helpful, fast and represent your company with pride!!!

The movers were very patient and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure our furniture was moved efficiently and without any damage.
