I was very happy with the service I received from the first phone call to signing off on the final paperwork. The two young men (Sam & Calvin) who did the work were very pleasant and accommodating. I will never make another move without using two men and a truck.

Small job moving furniture into the garage, but movers didn't take time to secure drawers, which of course flew open. Were not careful with mattress which hit ceiling. Overall it was a non professional job.
Response
Pat, we apologize that your move did not exceed your expectations, this is not the standard we hold our moving team to, please call our office at 330-794-6683 to discuss any damages that may have occurred.

Our crew made a sad day much easier thanks to their professionalism and empathy. We had to move my deceased Dad’s belongings from an assisted living facility back home. We appreciate the crew’s diligence and care working with us.
Response
Again, we are so sorry for your fathers passing Sylvia, but we are very glad we could be there for you for your move.

Everyone from office staff to moving staff was excellent. Ethan, Arron, and Rav were Great! It was my families fifth time using the Two Men Akron Team. All five times were Great Experiences. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck, Akron for your next Move.
Thanks Doug

Garett and Brian did a fantastic job! They are real pros. We would def use them again when we move, possibly in 6 months.
We need to do a better job at estimating truck size. I feel like a smaller truck would have worked and been more cost effective.

Response
Joseph, we are thrilled you had an awesome experience on your move! As to the truck size, all our trucks are the same size so the cost would not change just on a truck size factor alone.

The team was very good. Worked quickly and was careful with my Mother's furniture.
