Overall a good experience. The office team was not great with follow-up, did not send reminder email the day before, did not return calls, provided incorrect info over the phone. The moving team (Cedric and Andrew) were great! Loading took twice as long as expected on Thursday but they worked late the next day (Friday) to ensure that we had our beds set up and most household goods in garage.
