The two young men, that helped my daughter move her items from a college house. This 2 men were so nice, can easy talk to them to ask questions regarding the moving process. They answered my questions, worked and moved quickly. I would definitely recommend using this company again, and recommending them to my friends for there college more etc. And to note the one mover was new in training...

All 3 of our movers were fantastic. So kind, quick and helpful. They were respectful of the space and items and were a joy to work with.

You provide a valued service I have used in the past...

My only negative is the 2-hour minimum, especially when a job is a filler one like this, $330.00 for a job that took less than an hour to complete is a bit excessive.

I know you have a business to run and will still use you for future needs, just my thoughts.

I spoke to the local office & explained the issues with my move - not moving everything & leaving some really heavy stuff I am struggling to move myself. When it was clear - to them, I guess - they didn’t have room for everything, they didn’t ask me to prioritize what I could move myself & what I absolutely needed them to move. It was already more $$$ than I expected. Disappointing and exhausting.

The movers were great. They did a great job and in a timely manner.

Feedback: need better communication with clients. I was told they would call me when they left and when they got close and they didn't. Better transparency with the cost and the additional charge of $60. Better explanation of the $10,000 coverage for damages on the form I had to sign. Workers were great and quick - no complaints there! Will probably use this company in the future.
