We were very pleased with the two guys who completed our move. They first made sure they fully understood what was being moved & where. Asked for clarification, they were friendly, detail oriented & worked well together. Would recommend them!

Good experience accept team was unable to move my bed because it needed to be lifted out of a bedroom door over the garage. Said I should have notified office of special circumstances but I didn't know that. So, I addume I will need to rebook a second move because so need my bed. I would hope I can get a negotiated price for that.

Great team of men assisted us with our move. They were courteous, careful, efficient, and friendly. The trucks and equipment were all in excellent condition.

Movers showed respect for me and our items. Systematically packed items into our storage facility. Watched that light items were on top. Knew what could and could not be stacked per sizes and weights.

This move was for my elderly mother. I tried to handle all of the details. The Appointment for our estimate was not recorded correctly so since I live out of state, was then then not able to participate in the estimate walk through. As a result, the move was over estimated. In our previous move from NC to SC, the cost of our move was based upon the ACTUAL weight of the household, not an estimate. The movers did not weigh the truck after loading so I was changed based upon the estimate only, which I believe was high. If this is a correct practice for the Akron location, it’s puzzling as to why the inconsistency in practice. Also, upon unpacking, some items were found to be damaging due to how they were combined with other items in the same box. I was able to make repairs myself.

there were 5 movers. 4 were good. one i wanted to tell to get out of my house and go home for the day. The other 4 were all hard working and professional. the one didn't want to move furniture upstairs because it was too big. somebody else went in his spot and got the furniture upstairs.
