Men were prompt and professional. I had a small move so they stayed within the quote I was given. We did observe a small hole in the wall. Contacted the office and they were sending my information to someone to have it repaired. As of now it has not been repaired and I have not heard from anyone.

Zach and his partner were excellent. The truck made it all the way from Ohio to Texas in excellent time. Our stuff arrived in excellent condition without any damages. Will definitely use two men and a truck again for future moves.

I set up the move over the phone. Charles was great in estimating the moving cost after I gave him an itemized list of what was in each room that needed to be moved. Communication was great, including estimated arrival time on moving day. Four young men had everything moved out of my place within an hour. Everything arrived safely with no damages and the team reassembled my bed. Would recommend.

I had a great experience. The crew out of Akron, Sedrick, Malik and a third man whose name I didn't catch, were amazing, very professional and really pleasant in conversation too.

The two guys were hard working and professional. They took care of the furniture and wrapped everything good. They set all of the beds up for us and were really pleasant to talk to.

The three guys that moved my dad were very professional, efficient and friendly. There were some challenges in getting some of the furniture into my Dad’s new apartment, but they figured it out and with good attitudes. We were very pleased with the whole process.

The office staff was really good, however I got the impression that this was the moving team’s first day. I’ve moved many times in my life and they just didn’t seem to know how this works. If a box says “master” then you place it in the master. Many boxes in the wrong place! They hesitated to place my bed base inside of the already assembled bed! Truck broke down, added 6 hrs, zero apologies!
