The moving team sent to load and unload our belongings did a great job! When they arrived with two 20 ft. trucks instead of one 26 ft. and one 20 ft. truck like I thought I had ordered , I was upset. However, after talking to Kelly in the office, she calmly reassured me everything would fit. It was a very tight fit, however, everything made it to our destination in good condition.

Hey Georgette, I appreciate you're adaptability during a stressful moving situation. The summer can be one of our busiest times, and is the same for a lot of other moving companies. I apologize that we had an unexpected truck issue, that led to it being in the shop. I'm glad Kelly estimated your job correctly and was able to determine successfully that it would fit into two 20' trucks. I know if that was not the case, and the issue was a mistake on our end we would definitely make things right. All in all, glad it was a good moving experience for you. Thanks so much for the five stars!
