The crew was very sympathetic with me when we found the storage unit had been broken into and ransacked, it was chaos. We changed our plans on the fly and when the storage unit personnel refused to help me clean the glass on the floor from broken glass table tops, they swept the floor with the broom and dustpan the storage unit personnel handed to me. Above and beyond

This was one of the worst moving experiences we have ever encountered. Whoever came and to give a quote for the move needs some serious training. He said we would only need 1 truck and a crate for overflow (just to be safe). The move ended up requiring 4 trucks! The lack of communication from Charles and Stephanie was unbelievable. Our move took just about a month to complete. So dissatisfied!

There was a communication mix-up between office/dispatch and managers/movers. I scheduled movers a week prior and the movers weren’t informed and ended up being very late. Other than that, I was satisfied with the job done.
