The movers were personable and got right to work. They were done in the estimated time. I wasn’t told that they would turn things up side down. My file cabinet was a total disaster with the contents jumbled up. Our adjustable bed was cont put back to bed correctly and we are not able to fix it on our own. I spoke with Duane and have not heard if it will be fixed. I will have to pay some to fix.
Response
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Peg. We’re glad to hear the movers were personable and worked efficiently, but we’re truly sorry about the issues with your file cabinet and adjustable bed, as well as the lack of follow-up. This is not the experience we want for our customers. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please contact our team to follow up with you to help resolve these concerns.

I did not have the best experience with my scheduler/estimator, not being told my deposit wasn’t included in final price. Paying $370 for <1 hour of moving help is insanity (270 + 100 deposit). I only paid $160 for movers to help load the trailer. Will not hire you guys again.
Edward and Daniel were my movers and did a great job. They were efficient, quick, careful and provided great service

Response
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Martin. We’re sorry for the confusion around pricing and the deposit—that should have been clearly explained upfront. We do appreciate you recognizing Edward and Daniel for their efficient and careful work, and we’ll use your comments to improve how we communicate moving costs.
