Tyler embarked on his career journey in the spring of 2010 as a driver for the Cedar Rapids, IA franchise. Starting at the entry-level, Tyler's career quickly gained momentum as he steadily progressed to the role of General Manager for that location. This early experience afforded him valuable insights into the company's operations, fostering a profound understanding of the business that would lay the groundwork for his future achievements.
In pursuit of continued further growth, Tyler made a strategic move to Tulsa, OK in 2014, where he assumed the role of General Manager for a considerably larger franchise. This transition provided him with the opportunity to enhance his leadership and knowledge skills significantly.

In the spring of 2015, Tyler embarked on a new chapter by relocating to Omaha, NE, where he took on the role of a Franchisee for the first time. Through unwavering commitment, dedication, and a steadfast pursuit of excellence, Tyler has thrived in his role and currently serves as a partner overseeing 12 franchises within the Elevated Opportunity Group of TMT.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tyler treasures moments spent with his family, including his two sons, Toby and Greyson Whalen, stepdaughter Addison, and his fiancée, Chelsey. Together, they find joy in attending their children's sporting events, indulging in activities like wakeboarding and fishing, and embarking on memorable vacations to explore new destinations.

Justin has been in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system since June of 2008. He started his career out as a driver and was then promoted to a General Manager position. After gaining a tremendous amount of experience, he bought his first franchise in 2013. He has a passion for helping employees realize their full potential and providing career opportunities through company growth. Justin is married to his high school sweetheart, Jill and together they have two wonderful children. During Justin’s free time, you can find him outdoors with family and friends. He enjoys cycling, running, triathlon, fishing, and hunting with an extreme passion for duck hunting.

Shannon began her career at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK 9 years ago, where she excelled in her role as a Risk and Safety Specialist. Through her dedication and hard work, Shannon progressed within the company, eventually earning the position of Chief Operating Officer of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK portfolio within Elevated Opportunity Group. With a keen eye for talent and a passion for developing individuals into successful leaders, Shannon has become known for her ability to identify and nurture key players within her team. Her commitment to fostering a culture of growth and empowerment has not only led to the personal development of individuals but has also contributed to the overall success and expansion of the TMT Elevated Opportunity Group.

Shannon is a devoted family person who cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones in the great outdoors, especially when it involves taking trips back to Michigan to visit family. Additionally, Shannon finds joy in attending country concerts, fishing expeditions, and engaging in various outdoor activities!

Cody joined the team on November 2016 as a mover and worked his way up into the Driver/Team Leader position. Ultimately, Cody has continued his journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and became an Operations Manager and was hired a few years later as the General Manager of the Omaha & Lincoln franchises. He is super excited to see the growth and changes in not only the TMT brand but in his fellow employees. During his free time, you can find him rooting on the Kansas City Chiefs and the Minnesota Vikings during football season, and attending demolition derbies in the summertime.

Marrissia became part of our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team in February 2022. Originally from Texas, she made the move to Omaha when her husband was stationed at Offutt. In her current role, she aims to create a positive influence on people's lives while embracing daily opportunities for learning. During her off-hours, you'll often find her enjoying quality time with her four boys at the local jump park and exploring new restaurants in the area.

Cathi started at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a Customer Service Representative. She began her journey in April of 2016 and has been rockin' ever since. She enjoys come to work knowing every day is different. Cathi strives to exceed our customers’ expectations as she helps them through their moving process. During her free time with loves spending time with family and friends camping at the river, watching her kids and grandkids’ sporting events, and Cornhusker Football!

Christie started her career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in May of 2001 as a receptionist and quickly moved into the role of Human Resources. After over 20 years of hard work, in 2022 she took on the role of Safety Manager as well and strives to lead our crews each day. She loves working with such an amazing team to create a safe, fun, family-like atmosphere. MOVING PEOPLE FORWARD® in their career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is especially rewarding. She enjoys cake decorating, cheering on our KC Chiefs and Royals, and spending time with family and friends!

In October 2021, Dan assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer at Elevated. Prior to this, he dedicated several years to serving as an accounting support specialist at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK corporate office. With a wealth of 16 years' experience in accounting, Dan spearheads the financial operations for 15 companies, including 7 TMAT locations and 2 TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK locations. Beyond the realm of numbers, Dan finds joy in the company of his large family, consisting of 7 children and 5 grandchildren. During the summer months, his passion for nurturing growth extends beyond the office as he tends to his vegetable garden, relishing in the flourishing of both people and plants.

As an Omaha native, I have 27 years of sales, finance & insurance experience here in the local Omaha area. The company culture and values are what drew me to working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. Moving can be a stressful task and I love that I have the chance to help relieve some of the stress and make someones move a pleasant experience.
I love meeting new people, and enjoy traveling anytime I can. I have had the privilege of experiencing people of many different cultures all around the world, and I wouldn't change that experience for anything. It always gives me a new perspective.
In my spare time, I like to try to stay fit by mountain biking, and weightlifting. I have a passion for cars and I also enjoy fishing. I really love the excitement of landing "the big one" just to lose it at the last second! I have lots of fish stories...just ask me. :-)

Drew joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team in June of 2020. He wasn’t sure what he wanted to do when he moved to Omaha from small-town Nebraska but has really enjoyed his time at the company. He was welcomed in with open arms and is very appreciative of the great team that we have here. He likes that this job keeps him on his toes and that every day is a new challenge. He is very outgoing and likes meeting new people. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, hanging with family and friends, and listening to music.

Tristin joined TWO MEN & A TRUCK in March 2022 looking for something new, exciting, and different. Originally from a small town in Iowa moved to Omaha NE in 2016 to make a new start. Moving a lot in my past I know how difficult it is to try to get stuff moved or the time to get it moved so makes me feel better to help relieve some stress and difficulty with the next step for people. In his downtime, he likes to watch Sports (Skol Vikings & Boomer Sooner), play video games, or just hang out with family. I'm super excited about this opportunity to help others and meet a lot of new people.

Kevin became a part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family in December 2014. He loves that every day brings something new, and is able to collaborate with an amazing team. Outside of work, Kevin is often spotted cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes.
