First National Bank- Stuff the Bus

Over the past several years, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has partnered with First National Bank, WOWT and Shadow Lake Towne Center, for a "Stuff the Bus" event. This event provides lots of fun family activities for those who stop by and donate school supplies. We provides a moving truck that day to collect all the school supplies and transport them to the recipient organizations. Along with the event TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® provides the boxes you see set out at all First National Bank locations around Omaha and the surrounding Metro area. After the "Stuff the Bus" event has ended we pick up all the boxes of school supplies and deliver those to the recipient organizations. In 2015, we delivered boxes of supplies to Partnership 4 Kids and four YMCA Locations around Omaha.

We love giving back to the community and seeing such a great turn out with our trucks completely full of donations

P4k bike delivery

Another charitable contribution we have made is delivering bikes for Partnership 4 Kids. Each quarter the P4K Members select students from 12 different schools to receive bikes. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® gets the honor of loading up all the bikes and delivering them to the student's. It's a priceless moment to see the faces of the student's receiving the bikes.

We strongly believe in helping people move forward and providing a service that can help when their circumstances prevent them from doing it themselves. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® graciously provides 2 hours towards any move that comes through the WCA. They are also a major recipient of the donations we receive in our Movers for Moms® campaign.

Heartland Family Service

the perfect family. NCHS created Project Elf in an effort to collect toys and other items for

assist in the delivery of toys for 300 thankful children.

Toys for Tots

Toys for Tots is a great organization that TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has the pleasure of working with. Every year we donate hundreds of boxes for toy storage and provide the truck for the days they do "Toys R Us" buys. We meet them at "Toys R Us" and as they purchase carts after carts after carts of toys, we load them up and deliver them to the warehouse until they do the final toy deliveries. Last year alone we donated approximately $5,000.00 in moving services and supplies.

Better Business Bureau - Secure your id-shred day

The Secure Your ID shred day is an outstanding event we like to participate in along with the Better Business Bureau here in Omaha.  Individuals can bring up to three boxes or bags of sensitive documents and they will be shredded on the spot, for free!  Each year we donate a crew and a truck and help out. Our crew helps collect all the items that are brought to the event to shred.

WOWT - Holiday Food Drive

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® partnered with WOWT Channel 6 News for the Holiday Food Drive. We donate two trucks along with four movers and drivers to help collect and transfer the donated food items from participating Hy-Vee locations to St. Vincent De Paul. In 2015 alone we collected and delivered a total of 8,680 lbs. of donated food items. We love being a part of the community and watching others get involved to help such a great cause.

Powered by millions of volunteers nationwide, the Association’s goal is to improve the cardiovascular health of Americans by 20 percent by 2020, while reducing deaths from heart disease and stroke by 20 percent.
