One of the movers was undersized and had a hard time handling heavy items.

Items were forgotten at old address. DVD player, computer chair, one box. My son is having to move these. Also I informed the guys the headboard of a bed did not go. This was packed and delivered which again my son has to take back to my old address.

We ended up needing more space than the two trucks provided....my husband and I rented a uhaul to finish. We were up all night! Team was great.

Every aspect of the service I received was excellent.

Outstanding performance by the sales team in explaining what needed to be done to prep for the move. They followed up repeatedly along the way to ensure everything was going as planned. The moving team arrived promptly and worked efficiently. They were pleasant and helpful and I am really impressed with the quality of work they did. 10/10 would hire again.
