Everyone was as helpful as could be expected. The movers, themselves, went beyond that with their extraordinary effort to get couch threw a narrow pass before submitting that there was no way of getting it in there. It not getting in there was clearly not due to a lack of effort on their part.
Mohanad
Hired 4 men to pack. 2 were good and 2 were bad. The packing took longer than estimated due to the 2 slow men (Jon Lucas and Trevion). My estimate was 4.5-5.5 hours and ended up being 8.5 hours despite the fact that I packed more than 20 boxes myself after Bruce gave us the estimate. Not acceptable to be charged extra $500.
The move started late (11:00 AM) as the company had a Christmas Party! We did not finish till 730 PM. Unacceptable.
The movers didn't fill the second truck well and ended up leaving many items behind due to lack of space. I had to rent a U-Haul the next day and move stuff myself.
Diego, Thomas, Nick and Valentin did the best any movers can do and I appreciate their hard work

I have used 2 Men and a Truck before and everything went smoothly. This time it was a last miniute call and they got me in quick! The movers were by far the nicest guys and I couldnandacirc;??t thank them enough! Considering how cold it was and the fact that they had to move me from the 3rd floor - they all had the best attitude and made sure my stuff was moved with care! I really appreciated their hard work and friendly attitude! If I ever move again, which hopefully it will not be during the winter or anytime soon, I for sure will be using 2 Men and a Truck again!

The team that moved us had such positive attitudes and worked well together during a long,freezing,hard day. They never bickered, they got the job done with a smile-they kept us motivated-friendly,helpful,respectful,courteous-a great team to work with, our baby grand piano made it to her new home without a scratch.
