I chose Two Men and a Truck because when I called for information, the person I spoke with gathered all the information necessary to give me an accurate estimate. She explained all the services thoroughly, which none of the other companies I called did. The move was efficient, professional, and completed in a timely manner. All this was in spite of the fact that it was the coldest day of the year! There was an equipment malfunction, which caused a washing machine to be damaged. The crew was very apologetic, and the office staff was very helpful in getting this matter resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the services, and would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

We moved our mother out of her house and into a living facility. Your staff made it fast, simple, and painless. From the office to the young men with the truck you showed professionalism and knowledge of your jobs.

The movers were on time and were very fast with the move. They did not waste time, and in the end, that saved us money. The only complaint we have is that we requested a bed bag for one of the beds to be moved in, but they did not use it. However, I was not charged for said bag. I just don't know why the bad was not used as requested. Lastly, we did not have a final walkthrough with the movers, which I wish would have happened just to make sure they didn't damage any property. Later we did our own walkthrough and items were fine. This was our first time using movers, so we didn't really know what to expect, but overall, we are satisfied with the service.
