Unfortunately we were customers that got caught up in the KC Two Men and a Truck/ Moving Day Movers mess. Two Men and a Truck National took care of us by way of the Omaha franchise and ulitmately the Blue Springs Franchise moved us. THANK YOU ALL For this amazing teamwork. Brandon and Kevin were top-notch from start to finish, handling every request I gave them to perfection. I was most impressed with their andquot;can doandquot; attitudes coupled with comical, easy-going personalities. By the end of the move I felt like I had just been helped by two friends rather than two hired movers. I highly recommend these two as they'll get what you need done exactly as you need it. Nick and Freddie were excellent help, would like them back for our house move

My experience was excellent until the movers were lost 2x driving to my house to deliver the items. I can only imagine... they had GPS, so I'm not sure why this happened. I waited overall an hour for them to arrive total, but was given about 30 minutes off of drive time... then the overall unpacking went well, but I am missing an item. At the very end of the move I felt it was a generally good experience until (after tipping the movers each handsomely), they threw my personal moving blankets on the ground outside of the truck and left them there for me to find a day later soaked in the rain. Those aren't cheap and I feel I should be reimbursed.

Bo and Carlos were amazing. I'm so glad they were our movers, they were professional and courteous, and very mindful of our moving situation.
