The team that moved us worked very, very hard and quickly to get all of the furniture moved however, a very expensive leather chair was ripped in the process. My extreme disappointment came in dealing with the claims people on this chair. This chair was almost $2000 brand new 18 months ago and I was offered $100 which doesn’t even come close to what it will cost me to replace this chair.

I was overcharged by a significant amount only had one truck and was charged for two. When I called the office the receptionist was very rude and made blase comments saying she wasn't there which was irrelevant. Never got a call back to discuss. I would not recommend or use again.

The moving team showed up on time, were courteous, fast and efficient. The team lead noted that we had already boxed everything and removed the boxing charges from the bill. They worked continuously until the move was completed.

Arrived 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time, an inconvenience. Had 2 drop off locations (2miles total trip) 1 sofa for each location. Sofa for 1st place marked blue painters tape but team still mixed it up. I had to go back and swap out half the cushions. Another team called at original appointment time hours later. Estimate for 1.5hrs was $270. total time was 1.5hrs but charged $378

Great experience all around. Easy to set up the move over the phone. My moving team was amazing. They were thorough and professional, especially considering some last minute changes to the move. They handled everything with care, and were fast and efficient! I was very pleased with them, and would use the same crew again without hesitation!
