My moving team was EXCELLENT. Kind, humorous, careful, polite, friendly and amazingly efficient. I am sorry that I don't have their names handy. The crew leader was wonderful.
The office staff was helpful with all of my questions (I think I called three or four times and had to change my moving date once).
Have used your company before and will use again if I have to move again.

The team was AWESOME! Nice, professional and very helpful. Gave me confidence that our furniture was being handled with TLC. And the truck was SO clean....very impressive.

The movers clowned around, which is ok, but a little too much, wasting time and my money. Mattress covers were not used even though I had ordered them, damaging my mattress. Damaged the threshold bringing in the safe by sliding it across and not using the hand truck. Then failed to mention these things when done.

Tyler and Jason were awesome. Very kind, efficient and thorough (and 100% mask compliant!)...Everything in its place, no damages, no surprises...Good communication. The whole company and your team were very patient and kind, and very compassionate, understanding that this move was very sad and difficult. Thank you Amanda, Shayna, Brad and all of you again.
