Jen
The team of movers you sent to us were OUTSTANDING! They were patient, kind, helpful, efficient, did a ton of work for us in a very short amount of time, and just overall lovely humans. I can’t imagine anything about this process being better than it went. Whatever the movers are being paid, they deserve more. They were awesome!!

Steve
The only movers I will use and recommend. Always do an amazing job, very fast, careful with items, and courteous. I've used them 4 times now. 100% will use again.

Laurie
The team leader was very unprofessional, did not give any proper instructions to his crew. Did not take care of our furniture and tried to move heavy items themselves, which caused them to bang ang scratch things up. We asked the crew leader if he could take our tv's down and a wall mirror to wrap them and move to new house. He ran out of room and said truck's full we're leaving and left.
Response
Laurie, this is definitely unacceptable, no disagreement there. We always aim to provide 5 star service and that is definitely not what you received. You can rest assured that we have spoken with the team that completed your move and taken the appropriate actions to ensure this level of service does not continue. If there are any more details you would like to share, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for the honest feedback. Again, we sincerely apologize for your experience!
