The movers clowned around, which is ok, but a little too much, wasting time and my money. Mattress covers were not used even though I had ordered them, damaging my mattress. Damaged the threshold bringing in the safe by sliding it across and not using the hand truck. Then failed to mention these things when done.

Tyler and Jason were awesome. Very kind, efficient and thorough (and 100% mask compliant!)...Everything in its place, no damages, no surprises...Good communication. The whole company and your team were very patient and kind, and very compassionate, understanding that this move was very sad and difficult. Thank you Amanda, Shayna, Brad and all of you again. Very grateful.

My moving team was absolutely exceptional! They were the ultimate professionals, very respectful of me and my property, asked questions when they weren’t sure, and worked very hard and fast!

Our Driver was fantastic - both in breaking down and loading Bedroom furniture and also in loading contents into storage units. The rest of the crew however, took almost 2 1/2 times the estimated time to wrap and pack a small kitchen. This was primarily how slowly they were wrapping each item. The office personnel did work with us and took 3 hours off of our bill.

Derek and Jarrod were awesome. Very friendly and professional. They were very careful with my belongings. They made my move easy and I was extremely happy.

Kyle and south were very good. They were continuously and always had a smile on their faces. They were very easy to work with and I would give them both excellent marks. They kept me apprised of everything they were doing.

The movers did an excellent job!! Kept my informed, and made sure everything was secured. They wrapped and padded everything that was needed. Very fast, and very efficient.

All three gentleman did a great job and Sky was very professional while teaching one of the crew members the tricks of the trade. I was very happy with my experience!
