Your men were very prompt and professional. We tried to have everything ready for them and they were very helpful with suggestions to reduce loading and unloading time. They worked as a well oiled machine. Because they moved so quickly and packed so compactly, we were able to include a few more items to the truck. Thank

We hired you guys to move a couple cabinets. One of them was 8 foot tall and weighed about 800 lbs (the cabinet, not the mover) and we needed to get it through a couple standard-sized doors and around a 90 degree turn. The guys jumped in without hesitation and got the job done in no time. One of them even got smashed at one point(the mover, not the cabinet), but did not complain. Absolute troopers

The moving crew I had was amazing! They were so careful when moving my stuff and very efficient. They ended up loading the truck quicker than anticipated. They offered to drive the 5 hours to Kansas City and then unload the truck in the dark, just so I would have a peace of mind with my belongings not sitting in the truck overnight. They were rockstars! Would 100% have them move me again!

What a great moving experience. I wasn't sure how it would go as I had packed myself and was concerned about weight of boxes. Nick and Francisco didn't miss a beat. They both are real assets to your company. Do whatever it takes to keep those 2 young men. In just over 3 hours my entire apartment and garage were loaded, drove 50 miles, and unloaded. I was truly amazed and how hard they worked.

I was overcharged for a small job- rearranging 4 household appliances within a 20 ft distance. Movers showed up 45 min earlier than the scheduled time without calling. I asked them to wait until I clean up my fridge as I didn't want to empty fridge that early and spoil my food. The wait time as well as additional travel time was charged. I was charged for 1:45 min for exactly 40 min job onsite.

We apologize for this Babu! Our initial start time was scheduled to be 4:15 and we did in fact show up early at exactly 3:45. We will be sure to speak with our team and ensure that they call the customer beforehand if they plan to show up early. Your initial estimate that you agreed to was for $212. The move went exactly as planned and the final bill was for $212, the exact amount of the original estimate. There was no overcharge.
