Jose and the team were great - very helpful and professional. Cathi in the office responded promptly to my emails and phone calls and was also very professional. Overall very positive experience, which helped tremendously to lessen the stress of a challenging transition to a new city, job and school.

My moving team was super friendly, made me feel at ease...even when I just watched them do the hard work. They saved me hours of my life and appreciate it! Broke off door of refrigerator so I cannot have water or ice. Took off the other refrigerator door and lost the mounting bracket. They could not back up on a 3 car driveway (they missed) so there is a huge rut and a possible sprinkler head damage. Dropped a still in the box tv and said nothing to me about it. Chipped a piece of wood trim inside the house. Filled out a damage report.

The service was good I just don’t think it’s fair that you have to pay for an initial 2 hours if your move is doesn’t take that long.

The crew did a great job we will be requesting them again!

The guys were quick and did everything expected and very polite.
