We could not have asked for a better crew of movers. The sales process with Drew was simple and covered all the bases. Throughout the lead-up to the move, Drew would reach out to ensure we're in a good spot and to note any changes. We had 4 movers (Daniel, Robert, Eric & Mario) and they couldn't have been any better. Great experience from beginning to end.

Dez, Ben & Isaiah were an excellent team! Each individual was personable friendly, respectful & arrived ready to work! Dez was a skilled team leader; coordinated and contributed to skilled team effort. I was so impressed and extremely relieved having experienced a horrible move 3 months earlier. Two Men & A Truck excellence began with my phone conversation with Drew, whose assistance invaluable

Excellent movers. It was easy to call to set up the appointment, and when our moving day changed, it was simple to reschedule the next day. The movers were professional and courteous. They took great lengths to wrap and protect our furniture, they had expertise to disassemble and reassemble some pieces as needed. and the whole process was speedy.

I needed help going up and then down a couple of steps. The two gentleman doing my move were gracious enough to help me and not make it seem like an inconvenience.
They move was fast and efficient. If I need to move in the future I'll use them again.

Absolutely terrible experience
Sent inexperienced crew
Took well over estimated time to complete
Charged me $500 more than expected
Could not put a bed together
Failed to put bed together correctly and left bed in hazardous condition
Bed could have fallen apart if used
I had to assemble correctly myself
Refused to give compensation for this failure. I strongly condemn this company. Won’t use ever

Hi Christopher, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered — this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your feedback is very concerning.
What you described regarding the bed assembly, the extended move time, and the unexpected charges is unacceptable, and we understand your frustration. Your safety and trust are extremely important to us, and we regret that we fell short in multiple areas.
We would appreciate the opportunity to review your move in detail. Please reach out to our management team directly so we can discuss this matter further. Your feedback helps us improve, and we sincerely apologize for the stress this caused.
