There is a serious lack of communication between the front office and the back office. Both times I have used this firm the lack of coordination from what I wanted and what I got were not the same thing. I was very clear in what I wanted and how the move should go. In both situations, it didn't happen.

I will still use this company because overall they get the job done.

The four guys moving the huge refrigerator were absolutely fantastic!
They were funny, knowledgeable, competent, and very polite!
They were enjoying the hard work with a great attitude. Coordination with the office was very pleasant, although my request was a little unusual and not very time specific.

Terrell, who led the team, was very professional and friendly, and demonstrated a lot of knowledge in terms of staging the furniture and getting on the truck quickly and without damage
