the only negative was being told i would be the first move of the 12-5 window and team did not show up until 2:45. 5 hour window is too big.

Very positive experience with the Asheville unit. Communications were clear and complete. Moving crew arrived in a timely manner. Members of the crew were positive, worked efficiently and were professional in their approach. Issue with loading a golf cart was encountered, but the crew with assistance from operations were able to resolve in safe and timely manner. Unloading at home was done very well with both crew members actively working to make the move smooth. They indicated their aim was to please and they did it well. Strongest recommendation possible.

From the moment I contacted Two Men and a Truck, my customer service was absolutely stellar. The office manager only contacted me by email or text, rather than phone (very inconvenient) and was attentive to my needs. The moving team was amazing. They were patient and pleasant all day long when I was not entirely sure how much we would end up doing. I will use this company for all my moves in the future and tell everyone I know about you!!

We had an difficult and complicated move from 3 storage units into a house- the men all did great! So helpful and clean and polite and smart - what a fantastic crew! I actually enjoyed the day.

The driver was rude. I will be using Two men again but ask for Justin, Q, and Dakota who moved us before and were friendly , polite and willing to work with me.
