You have employees of the highest standard and Vinnie and Brad are a prime example. They took excellent care of my belongings and went above and beyond throughout the whole move. They were both professional and fun people so I knew that my things were in safe hands but also we could joke around and have a good time. They are both outstanding employees and deserve to be recognized. They moved my things efficiently and absolutely nothing was damaged which is really commendable considering the various items that I had. Every experience I have with your company absolutely blows me away. From beginning to end the customer service is a model of what companies should strive for. I have hired TMandamp;AT several times before and will continue to do so. I really appreciate everything you do.

Tim andamp; Byron were top-shelf professionals that executed our move in the projected time while attending to a couple of pre-Civil war pieces that have been in our family for decades. We stopped along the way to Asheville to buy them lunch and it was onward to our storage facility. Certainly will be back to this franchise when our new home is finished. Well done, men!

My overall experience was very good. When I called in the office staff was very courteous and seemed to understand my needs, but the order that was placed there was incorrect. It stated that we were moving from an apartment into a condo which was far from the truth. We were moving from 2,000 sq ft house into a townhouse. To prevent such mix-ups I believe if someone came out in advance of the move, to size up and estimate the move it would prove to be very helpful and eliminate any miscommunication. The movers attitudes were great even though the move took a lot longer than anticipated and needed to add an additional man. The manager explained the additional charges and gave us a discounted hourly rate from the weekend rate to the day rate.

Honestly; your movers, packers, office personnel were exceptionally pleasant to work with! They were all cheerful and actually made my moving experience FUN! Nick and Taylor were excellent. They were professional and courteous. All of my property was handled carefully during loading and unloading. This was by far the best experience I have had during a move. From the initial call with the office for a quote to the completion of unloading everything was handled perfectly.
