From beginning to end a very top notch company. The office people were always courteous and efficient. The movers, Jared and Patrick, were extremely accommodating and couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely use again.

Your people were promp and courterious. They treated us like family and got the job done like the pro they are. I am not much for words however if I were I would need more than 655 characters, in summery the two young men the moved us would be a requirement for us on our next move. I chose Two Men and a Truck because I had used them several times before and knew that they have always taken really good care of my belongings but the team I had this time was exceptional in caring for my stuff.....they wrapped it and cared for it as if it were their own and I would recommend them to all my friends and family that need a moving company.

Since I was having floors replaced, I had to have furniture and appiances out of my home, and then back into the home afterwards. In answering the questions about the moving team, had the first team been sent out both times, rather than just the first time, I would have rated them excellent; the first team (Tim and I can't recall the young man that worked with him) was excellent, and exceeded my expectations. The 2nd team did not. They (Dakoda and Byron) were unsure of how to get my furniture into the house, and took off doors that the first movers did not have to take off and they took more time, which cost me more money. Tim had told me that it would be less time to move the furniture back in.

The moving team which consisted of Tony and Brad were excellent. They did a good job of loading the items and transporting/unloading the items at the new home. They were very quick and efficient; and worked well together.
The only uncertain issue I had with Two Men and a Truck was with the office team. When I first called for an estimate, it was Collin who gave me an estimate. Approximately two weeks later, I was called by Savannah and given a new estimate. She said that Collin had underestimated the initial cost. So the new estimate was much higher than the original.

I know I rated everything Excellent, but it truly was! This is the most customer service oriented company I have worked with in a LONG time. From Jeremy A who did my estimate (which was almost to the penny!) to the packing crew, Kenny, Nathan and Joey, to Jeremy who came to my home and checked to see how things were going! Everyone was so pleasant and agreeable and CAREFUL with our things! They were all fantastic and I would recommend Two Men and a Truck again and again! Moving is a pain, but they made it painless, well almost!!!

My experience began positively with a very friendly and well-informed voice on the other line in the office. (Savannah) The crew called before coming, and they were courteous and efficient and got the job done professionally. I was so blessed that they could come on short notice to move furniture up from the basement so that I could accommodate guests who were coming for the Christmas holiday! In the future - If and when I move from my residence - I will be contacting Two Men and a Truck for my moving needs!
