I would say good. 4 out of 5 stars. Nick, the lead guy was excellent. The other two were more unexperienced and needed a lot more direction and guidance. Chris was very willing and energetic and enthusiastic had a great attitude. The other guy was just going through the motions. Not that they have to be excited to move you but he didn't really have much enthusiasm, but he seem to need direction. When we were at the house there was a few times I saw him kind of walking around not knowing what to do or not taking the initiative to do something himself without being directed. Part of it might be an experience for the two younger guys. The crew we had last time when we moved was outstanding. This time they were good but not excellent. Also, a leg to our hutch was damaged. All other items good

Who knew packing and moving could be so fun thanks to JD and Moses. Both gentlemen were courteous and respectful. JD explained how the move would be handled and what to expect. Both men worked well together. I also witnessed JD directing a senior citizen out of a parking spot which was near the moving truck. JD was respectful, referring to the gentleman as "sir." I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again!! Thank you JD and Moses.

Your survey is faulty in that in fails to have a category of performance and satisfaction higher than excellent. We are not only pleased, but we are thrilled, by our choice of your firm. Nick, Taylor, Vinnie and Nate were all excellent representives of your firm. Our move was made in a timely, professional, cordial and overall perfect manner. Unloading our octoganal glass dining table top weighing many hundreds of pounds down the truck ramp and into our new home in a rain storm may have been the ultimate feat, but the cordiality and , need we say, charm of our crew , combined with their experience and skill was simply outstanding. We will never consider another moving source. And no, this is not an advertisement, we are a mairried couple of retired lawyers, in our mid 70's.

Colin was the person that helped me on the phone and was SO courteous and organized and was so helpful. I felt good from the beginning because of his great customer care. Then when Tim and Dale arrived at my house in no time I could see that they were competent and courteous and I felt so good that everything would be ok. They worked with such great attitude and were so careful and were a great team. They were steady and energetic and I could see they were extremely organized and really knew what they were doing. I cannot say how much I appreciate their positive attitude and amazing work ethic. When I move things out of storage to my new house I will definitely call again and ask for these two to move me again. Two Men & a Truck (a very nice truck too) exceeded all my expectations! Thanks!
