Too bad there is not a rating such as Excellent Plus. We would have rated our movers, JD, Tim and Kodiak that way. They were just exceptional in the care they took of our possessions and in the way they treated us. We have used Two Men and a Truck before but this is the first time we have had such a positive, wonderful - if you could describe moving a household as wonderful - experience. Your Fletcher location should be the model for the entire Two Men and a Truck franchise. We appreciated everything the entire staff did for us. Calling to check if everything was going ok was something we had never experienced before. Great job Two Men and A Truck, Fletcher, NC! Thank you for making this move much easier than we expected. Our movers completed our entire move in 1 day (we were slated for 2 days, which shows you how efficient they were) which saved us time & money, and they never made us feel any request was a burden. Two men and a truck are definitely one of the pro’s about moving. Very helpful and professional from first call to payment receipt. Schedule’s are busy these days so Two men and a truck took all the fear from finding help out of our move. Jason and Mark had great attitudes and were wonderful to work with. The move took longer than we all thought - though not longer than Jeremy estimated in his original quote - but Jason and Mark continued undaunted. They were courteous, easy going, and careful with our belongings. I would highly recommend this team. The office staff was extremely pleasant during each interaction with them, as was Jeremy during the quoting process. Good job on all accounts!

We hired Two Men And A Truck mainly because they are local, they give back to our community, especially helping with Fletcher Elementary taking up supplies for special needs in the community.
The office team was awesome to work with regarding our situation. We were due to be out of the country when we needed the service. While away dates and locations changed several times. More importantly they worked hard in helping us get the most out of our money keeping the cost down. The communication with the drivers was greatly appreciated, especially when we couldn't be on site to oversee what was going on. Thanks for the services provided and the kindness shown from start to finish. Thanks from the Ray Family :-)
