The gentlemen that came to move one of our residents were very professional. They walked into a situation that I did not prepare them well for and that is my fault. But, they rectified the situation, took care of our resident and moved all of his items carefully. They did this all with a smile on their face. We greatly appreciate their attitudes and we will definitley use them again.
