I thought the office staff was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. There was a communication issue between the office staff and the moving staff. I had requested that the moving staff box up the Flat Screen TVs and the items that went with the TVs as well as a large mirror that we were not able to pack ourselves. When the young men arrived the day of the move they had not been informed of this additional request. The young men did pack up those items, but fail to pack the additional equipment attached to the TV's. Also the moving men lost the screws to the large mirror for one of the bedroom dressers. I called the office staff to inquire about the screws for the mirror and still have heard nothing back from the office staff. Still waiting on repair of broken decorative bed post.

The men who moved me were very professional, courteous and kind. I will refer friends and family who need assistance in relocating to Two Men and a Truck from this point on.

We moved all our belongings into storage ourselves but decided we needed help moving it out. After receiving a lackluster response to a bid request from a different local company, I saw Two Men And A Truck online with a professional looking website. We were sold when we walked into the office and got a quote based on questions about our specific move. The office staff was great! Before the move, they called to confirm and the crew chief called me the morning of the move to let me know he was on his way. The crew all introduced themselves and were very polite and professional. They also worked hard! There was no slacking despite the awful heat. They did exactly what I asked of them and they finished under the quoted price. I’ll use them again if the need arises. Good job!

My movers, Chris and his son, were amazing! Very hard workers and easy to get along with.

Dependable, Respectful, on time and even the manager came to my house with a van when the initial evaluation of my contents was in accurate. The manager offered to bring my kayak in a van with no extra charge. The movers communicated their location. All around great service.
