My husband and I have used Two Men and a Truck for two previous moves (three in total) and this will be the last time. The men were courteous and easy to work with, but the men who moved us into our house scuffed up our walls while carrying A COMPLETELY EMPTY SUITCASE. I have spoken with the damages department once, but have had to leave two follow up voicemails to try and resolve this issue, unsuccessfully I might add. Unhappy with this situation as we’ve used the company two times before and had no issues.

The guys did good. But the ones that packed were not the ones that moved my things causing a problem with who I told where things needed to be moved the following day

Things that should had been packed and move by the end of day never got moved, I had to go back over the weekend to get it packed and moved. Should my home been sold to someone that didn’t know me I would of lost things I wanted to keep. I have yet to figure out where they moved my bbq pit But the biggest frustration is how many time I had to tell them to move everything. My curio cabinet top got broken off

Everything was great except a chunk of my coffee table was broken and I wish they had told me instead of hiding it in the corner of my new place for me to find the next day. The guys were so sweet and hardworking, but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

The office team was efficient. The actual moving team was efficient and excellent. I was very happy with the service. When unpacking I found 4 broken wine glasses and 2 broken dessert dishes. Overall I would recommend 2 Men and a Truck to my friends. My son had used your company last year and had a good recommendation. I was very pleased except for the broken glasses.

The team of guys were all nice and respectful of me, but I didn’t want to leave a review until I actually had to start opening the boxes they packed and stores for me. It’s clear that at least one of the team knew what they were doing, but the others packed stuff horribly. They could have easily used half of the boxes that they packed. They also did an perfect job of placing the boxes with books (the heaviest ones) on top of the boxes with delicate stuff and picture. Lots of smooshed items and many of the boxes weren’t labeled so I’ve been having to go one by one to figure out where stuff is. We’re talking about 30-40 boxes. When I first started to go through stuff, the boxes and other moved items came tumbling down because they were balanced badly and the heavy one fell first.

The three man crew worked hard and honest, no problem at all (except what might be called some moving damage).

I have used you guys while moving before and had a great experience. This time was completely different. My bed was broken, I have yet to heard back on the status of where it is after you took it, and the movers were not efficient at all. I had to re-explain things at least 5x to the movers and eventually had to help them load/unload the truck because they were taking forever. I was charged well over what I feel I deserve and will not be using this company in the future.

The movers were efficient, courteous and helpful. But we did have yard damage and a dresser damaged. One week later, still waiting for yard repair and dresser repair promised in two weeks.

Broken items bad attitudes then offered a ridiculous amount for a very expensive piece of furniture they broke wow have plans on giving as much negative feedback on every site I can

I was really disappointed in how they handled our property. Broke items. They tracked mud in our old home and into our brand new build. Also wanted alcohol that was in our fridge and my husband gave it to them. They took real good care of it though. We don’t recommend and we will never use again.
