James and the team were great! They went above and beyond. Very friendly and courteous! I asked if they could stop while I put felt pads on the bottom of furniture pieces as they were brought into the house. They happily obliged. The only issue we had were two ripped mattress covers. We need to replace those, but overall everything was pretty much perfect!

I was very happy with the move of my furniture. I was not happy that the movers scratched the paint across my front door.

I had a lot of heavy and antique glass pieces that would be a pain to move myself so I hired you guys and it was overall a good experience. There were a few issues that arose which was out of control like: severe damage to a certain piece, maneuvering around construction on our street and reversing this huge truck into our apartment parking lot and then the couch got stuck in the front door entrance but Roger and Evan were superior and found a solution for every problem!!!! The only issue I have is with the customer service department about replacing the piece that was broken. The item was a gift from my grandparents that was made in 1991 (its as old as me) and this company is giving me a hard time about recreating it because it's more expensive than what they usually pay...disappointed.

I had some minor issues with using 2 men and a truck. First, the brought 2 trucks, as it was estimated to be the correct amount of space (I also over guessed on how much stuff we had) not all of our belongings were able to fit in these trucks. Second, one of the workers ripped a very large canvas picture that was custom made. The company did offer to repair or replace, however I did not pursue this because I do not believe that it could be repaired, fixed or replaced to my liking. Lastly, one worker was definitely a waste of time. He was slowly picking up one small thing at a time and just kind of wandering around while the others worked very hard. The rest of the men, did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them. It was expensive but worth it for all the time and work we saved

Unload inadequate. Cost me about and hour and half I should not have paid for. Broke furniture, delivered boxes to wrong rooms, took a part a lazy boy sofa with out consultating me. Very unhappy.

You know what stress a move, even across town like ours can put on people. The physical move could not have went smoother. The movers were efficient pleasant and professional. They worked very well together and it was obvious that they had trained and were very careful not only with our property but mindful of how they did their work as to not get injured! High marks all around!

Movers arrived on time, were pretty co-operative and didn't waste any time with their task. They were careful with most of my furniture but a few things had scuff marks and dirt by the end of it. Overall, I had a good experience but the fee was a little expensive (the move was to a location 1 - 2 mins away and I felt like I paid enough to move across the city).

The team was GREAT. On time, worked hard and were very pleasant to listen to; they spoke so nicely to one another. However, several items were damaged. I have already been told that the company will not be responsible for that item. I am waiting to finish unpacking before I contact the office about the other items.

with the exception of one gouge in a wall which I am assured will be repaired I found both moving teams to be very helpful and courteous. I do not plan to move again but, if I do, I will hire Two Men & A Truck again.

Great guys but were slow. Also the destroyed my outdoor patio table. Not sure how they did it but its shredded and never said anything
