I had a very hard working crew. Plus they had fun doing their job, I never heard a negative comment the entire time from them. And I was with the the whole time. Great attitudes all around. I enjoyed each and every one of the crew the more I got to know them. Great guys you have there. Every item that was labeled correctly made it to its location. Not to forget the items they wrapped and how they placed them in the truck were the best they could do. Not a single item was broken. I will not hesitate to use you again. Your service took a huge part of stress that comes with moving off my shoulders. Double closing and a move, all in the same day! The expense was priceless! Plus they were under the estimated price. After all said and done, it was the best choice i made. Great job to you!

Truck provided was too small for inventory I provided! We had to manually move a full van of items next day ourselves!

Having used Two Men & a Truck previously, I expected a satisfactory experience. The move was booked for July 2nd at 8 am. Later an appraiser came with the same information--I thought the move was a "go".
It was not--the movers did not come as planned. I went to the Woodbury office where Jessica did an excellent job finding a truck and 2 movers for the afternoon of July 2nd. The movers were very good--I appreciate Jessica's help in making my move happen on the expected day.

We had extensive furniture and home damage. Our couch was forced through the front door so forcefully that the protective wrapping was punctured and blue paint got on our white couch, and the couch leg was significantly dented and chipped. Another arm chair leg was dented and chipped. A reclining rocking chair was also damaged with scuff marks on the base of the chair. Extensive scuffing of freshly painted walls and doors. Front door of old house so severely damaged that complete replacement required. Entryway chandelier of new home broken. Leather on bed ripped in two places. unapologetic crew. Not satisfied with lack of guaranty of replacement of couch if large blue paint stain is not completely removed without further damaging fabric. Moving crew too large and not supervised adequately.

If there would have been a box for "disappointing" I would have been using it instead of "poor". I have used Two Men before and had an outstanding experience and, in fact, requested the same team and was assured that they would be handling my current move. The team that showed up as their replacement was a poor, poor, stand in and left me feeling like I had been 'played'. To say that this team was disinterested in their work and extremely slow moving would be an understatement. I have been asked by friends about this move and I am telling them the same thing that I have written here, disappointing!

The two guys worked really hard as we had some difficulty with elevator size. They were friendly and curtious. There was some damage I discovered after I signed the paper. One long scratch on a table and a corner of one glass top was cracked. I did not file a claim as I had already signed off on it. Oops. I would use them again. Only look closer next time.
