I was impressed with everyone I interacted with at Two Men and a Truck.
First, the movers showed up on time and had a great attitude throughout the entire moving process, despite it being an exceptionally hot and humid August day in Minnesota.
The office staff were extremely kind and helpful as well. One of the movers accidentally left with my storage unit key. I called the office and the manager I spoke to went out of his way to contact the mover and track my key down. Then a different manager offered to bring the key to my house, so I wouldn’t have to drive out of my way to their office.
I really appreciate the wonderful work and fabulous customer service I recieved from everyone at Two Men and a Truck.

Staff was on time, Clean and ready to get the job done, they loaded the pod with care.

I was able to secure a truck within a few days of moving three pieces of furniture from a relative's house to mine. Prices from low to high were explained so that I understood that it will depend on how well the move went. I was scheduled for a Saturday between 12:00 and 4:00. I was called around 9:15 to let me know that there was a cancellation of a move, and could they come now, to which I said yes. I called my Aunt to let her know, and they came quickly, wrapped thing quickly, and moved them to the truck. They let me know they were on the way, and when they arrived, they quickly got things inside, had good attitudes, and from start to finish, it only took an hour, so the price ended up being fantastic. It ended ups being a win-win for all of us, having the rest of the day free.

Moving never goes entirely smoothly but Mike, Aryton and Merrill made the actual physical move better than words can express. They were efficient, careful and had a great attitude (I moved from 3rd floor to the 2nd floor of another wing in a building with no elevators on a very hot and humid day)!!! I had to reschedule my moving date and the office staff was very helpful in getting that done. I was so happy with Two Men and a Truck, it makes the ongoing hassles with other parts of the move more bearable. Thanks so much!!! If I move again, I know who I'll call.

We were really impressed by the team who moved us! They worked so hard and took great care of our furniture. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

I went with this company due to reviews online, however, my experience was not like any of the reviews. It took 6+ hours, one of which was a commute, to move a pre-packed disassembled 1br, when others only quoted 3-4 hours. The reason was that the elevators were slow or too small, when I was located kiddy corner to the elevators in both locations. My movers were fine - one which commented to me that he was out late the night prior drinking, while the other was running very quickly asking if he was doing ok. After moving things into place (yes I moved them into place because it took so long) furniture pieces in rougher shape than before moving. I am not happy with my experience and will not be recommended, it was not poor service, it was just not as timely and professional as I hoped.

EXCELLENT from beginning to end. It was very hot and the 4 movers kept moving all the time. They arrived on time, were very courteous and asked questions if they weren't sure what we might want. GREAT JOB!!

The initial quote I received was provided quickly and was very competitive. The process used to help me explain what we needed relative to moving was very helpful.

Thanks for Kevin and Kris/Chris, they are the best, they really handle our huge wooden furniture carefully, and we picked up a huge desk in the middle of our way to the new house. The delivery person from that store didnt willing to delivery the desk to the second floor cz they think our stair was too narrow for the desk. Thats why I asked two men and a truck to pick it up and move it for me. They were so professional and experienced. They were able to move the huge desk to 2nd level and even wrapped it for us! We have approx 40 boxes and firniture for a 1bedroom+den. They handled them super super quickly! Definitely rec them to my friends.
