THE THREE MOVERS WERE GREAT. WORKED FAST AND EFFICIENT, DESPITE HAVING TO WORK HARD AT DELIVERY END DUE TO BROKEN ELEVATOR.HAD TO USE ANOTHER, WHICH WAS A LONG WALK.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT WAS LEFT BEHIND. TAKING ME SIX TRIPS TO GET HEAVILY WRAPPED AND PACKAGED PIX. TWO METAL SCULPTURES....ONE AT ABOUT 40 LBS. AND UNBREAKABLE CAST STEEL. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON DID NOT GIVE YOU FOLKS A "BETTER THAN EXCELLENT".... EVERYONE'S ATTITUDE AND PROFESSIONALISM, AND FRIENDLINESS WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

All around EXCEEDED my expectations! Moving is super stressful... and this part went slick! Website: comprehensive and easy to use/understand. Scheduling staff: helpful, responsive and precise. Movers: EXCELLENT! There were concerns about condo hallways, new carpet, rain! All 3 guys were super respectful and professional. Overall GREAT! I will recommend to others. Thank you.

The 4 guys that came were efficient, professional, poilite and very careful with my things. They took great care to make sure I was happy with their work and treated me with respect.

Movers truck damaged tree, bush and yard

I had to contract another mover to finish the job

This is the second time I'm using your services. this time I had the unhappy experience of one person refusing to help move things out of my home and he sat in the truck making the others work harder and longer. What could have been a 4-hour move it took over 6 hours. I not upset but disappointed.

WIll gladly recommend to anyone and will be back! My movers were very respectful and polite, they were great!

The movers were excellent and pleasant to work with.

I had to call over ten times to confirm my appointment. I left messages and called daily (sometimes more than once) without any call back. That process was not user friendly at all. The price was also described to me incorrectly until I clarified when the day changed from a Monday to a Friday. We also had 3 movers, 1 of which was late which made the other 2 less useful. The 3rd guy also spent a lot of time just laying down some plastic which added a lot of time. Overall the movers themselves were great and did nice work, but my time spent on the phone was unpleasant.

The team lead by Traylon assigned our move did an outstanding job for us. I was impressed with their work ethic, politeness, professionalism, friendliness, and tirelessness. Our thanks to them again for all of their hard work!
