We’d used Two Men and A Truck six years ago and were impressed with their service, so we chose them again, based on recommendations of people at work. We were VERY impressed. Each of the guys introduced himself personally when they showed up, and although that seems like a little thing, it goes a long way toward making us feel comfortable with them and letting us know that they care.

My experience was seamless! From the day I filled out the online inventory, until the last item was placed in my new home… Everything professionally handled on time and on budget! Also a shout out to the two Matt’s … They are great movers and really nice guys to work with.

I was impressed that they company sent someone out in advance to give me an estimate. He recommended two trucks and four men which worked out perfectly.

The 3 guys were awesome! They were personable, listened to my direction and had fun along the way. The only reason I didn’t give the movers 5 stars is because of casualness around chatting. I didn’t mind chatting but would prefer they chat and move at the same time. The chats likely only amounted to 30-45 min but when you’re paying by the hour, it matters. One of the movers also had music on. ????????

One hickup was I used the on-line form to begin the process. I entered my land line #
but later needed to switch to cell #. All went very well, but I was worried because this land line # kept showing up on e-mails ect...

I was a little surprised how long the moving process took with 3 pieces of furniture. It took 20 minutes for my movers to park in front of the apartment building, and an hour alone on my bed. I appreciate the help I got, but obviously paid a lot for only 3 pieces of furniture to move to an apartment 20 minutes away. I would try to find something less expensive in the future.

The phone scheduler was so sweet and helpful, really to the stress out of moving my sister to assisted living. The move team was so fast that it kept the cost down. I really like working with 2 Men and a Truck.

I was very upset that I had to pay $1,000 and still do so much of the moving ourselves. We filled a truck and the guys would not even call and see if they could make another trip. We were moving 2 miles. The guys were nice but did not finish the job. I was being charged by the hour so I don't understand why they couldn't keep going. They took an hour lunch and were done by 1:45pm.
