My intitial beef with your company is the handling of damaged property. My fridge was damaged by the movers. Not intentionally but it happened. Office and staff was a complete waste of time and so was the repairman that came out. So I spent $200 on a motherboard and probably more to get my fridge working, no thanks to you. My mom also tipped the movers $50 each. I will say don’t contact me unless you are going to help get my fridge fixed. Other than that I will tell any and all people not to use your service.

I hope this email goes to corporate so they can handle things for that Burnsville branch because they are horrible to deal with.

Overall great experience across the set-up, moving out of our house and moving into our new home. All 3 teams that helped us were very professional and efficient. Very pleased with the work. Only call-out was an incident which left one of our walls with minor damage. Accident by the team and they owned up to it, but just waiting to hear back on next steps to fix our wall. Beyond that, great experience and happy with the service.

The two "men/boys" that showed up didn't seem to know what they were doing on first impression.They attempted to move the large couch into the house by carrying it up a hill and through the front door.It obviously wasn't going to fit just by looking at it.I had told them to move it through the back which eventually they did.In the process they tracked in mud into both lower and upper level of my home and scraped the leather furniture with the concrete on patio downstairs and my front steps.They also tore part of my door off when moving it into the house.The guys were friendly enough but it was a disappointing experience compared to my previous experience which was above excellent.Not to mention the unexpected damages.

Movers were late, got lost, stuck van in mud by making wrong turn. We had to call office to find them and assist getting them back on the road. Most furniture arrived damaged. Some lost. An oil painting punctured. It has been a nightmare.
We hired Two Men and a truck because we had used them before and had no problems and because of the excellent reputation that they have. Our frustration, anger and disappointment knows no bounds.

The moving team was very cordial but to slow and damaged (broke) on of my most expensive furniture pieces. I didn’t get a call back after the damage. They took the broken furniture and At this point I don’t know the status of it.

I was assured on the phone when booking that it would be after 2 pm. They showed up at 1pm and when they called the number they said they got voicemail. Although the receiving the call did not get the call or show that it was missed. In turn we were charged for an hour where the movers sat in the truck. In addition 3 walls had nicks out of them on the receiving end of the move. I emailed and no one emailed me back. I called and left a message. My message was not returned. I am not happy with the move.

My only complaint was that the crew broke a glass vase (not mine) that was on a table by the elevator in our condominium. I saw it happen, it was just an accident, but I was not happy with the way they handled it. I told them twice who they needed to contact and they continued working, ignoring the broken glass all over the carpet. I finally took my vacuum cleaner down the hall and one of the crew did vacuum it up. They finally did talk to the woman who owned the vase who chose not to make a claim.

The crew was expedient in setting up my move. Did a great job of communicating with me and returning phone calls with any questions. The gentlemen who a moved my furniture were pleasant and friendly and went ABOVE and BEYOND trying to fit my impossibly large bookshelf into an area I miss measured. My only downside, was I didn't notice until 5 days later that I don't have the shelves for that big old book case...

The two movers who helped me were very kind and helpful. The service itself was excellent. Only one small item was damaged, but it was very minor and isn't worth fussing over.

Overall, I would readily go with this service again.

The delivery teams that brought our goods from my apartment, my storage and your storage did a good job. However, the team that picked up our goods at my old home in November (to take to Shakopee storage) did a mediocre job of packing and protecting our furniture. On delivery recently we found many rubbing spots, scraps, knicks, etc.

Fortunately, your repair person us doing a great job fixing the mistakes. But he has already had to spend at least 7 hours doing furniture repairs. He has a bit more work on the furniture then will touch up the walls of our house. That will take several more hours.

Your crew members on a delivery team commented that the people who picked up or goods and put into Shakopee storage used half the blankets they should have. We appreciated the honesty.
