I needed moving services at the last minute when my original company failed to follow up with me to make arrangements. The office staff was so very caring and helpful, I felt I would be in good hands. My movers were courteous and efficient- they really worked hard under suboptimal conditions and finished the job earlier than expected. It was well worth the cost of services and I would heartily recommend them again.

Some of my property was damaged in the move. They did not properly wrap some items, seems like they just stuffed furniture wherever they could. We asked that they wrap some items like a wood coffee table and they said they don’t wrap items like that. We saw our furniture being dragged along the truck floor and and other items being banged as they were being handled. We did not feel as if they were careful enough. We noted some damage on the damage report and have since realized more damage. Not happy with the move and waiting on management to call me.

The movers were phenomenal. I already had high expectations and they managed to superceed it. Not only they were very efficient and careful but they were also impressively kind and polite. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring your service again.

Movers did not complete job as expected. Assembled bed incorrectly and now hardware is stuck and headboard is extremely loose. Moved slowly. Forgot tools, had to improvise. Carelessly placed items outside while waiting, couch cushions fell over onto the ground.

The performance of mover last name Acosta was very poor. He was bringing one box or item at a time like he wanted to make more time in a same complex moving. He was careless with my boxes and tripped several times while walking by the stairs. He refused to use the dolly stating ”mom, that is how I do it”. Very poor judgment. He shouldn't be working with you guys. Not customer care at all

Being that we both have disabilities the work and burden was lifted from us being able to move. We didn’t have to coordinate a truck, people and equipment, it was all in one experience. The only thing is the arrangement of where things were put and not having the headboards reattached.
