Meet the Troy team

Haley started off as a mover at our location. She quickly learned the traits of our trade and became a driver at our location. She moved up the ladder and became our Operations Manager in March 2024. Haley is always looking for ways for us to improve and create amazing connections. Although she misses being a driver and creating fun memories out there in the field with our customers, she's ready to hit the ground running and move customers forward. When Haley has a chance to take her work hat off, she loves to go on nature hikes, eat tons of delicious food, and enjoys listening to rock and roll music. She also loves spending time with her cat named Parker with mitten hands.

Josiah is our Troy driver who has a bright smile on his face daily. His strong work ethic makes him a favorite to work with among all the other employees. He has been employee of the month two times so far this year and is pushing for a third before it ends!

Herman is the superman at our location. There is not a job too big or too small. He comes in every single day on time with a positive attitude and is asking for the biggest and heaviest job every single time. He has been with us for over a year! Herman loves to spend time with his wife on his days off along with playing video games as well!

Joslyn has over 10 years' experience in customer service and is our newest member to join our CSR team! She plays an important role as our customers' first impression when they call in, and enjoys nothing more than helping and exceeding their expectations. With how stressful moving can be, Joslyn strives to ease our customers' anxiety and make moving as smooth and effortless as possible. With her multicolor hair and unrivaled positivity, Joslyn has very quickly fit in with our team here in Troy. Outside of work, Joslyn enjoys playing video games with her husband and spending time with her friends.

Thanh spent years as a mover, driver, and operations manager in Minnesota prior to joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as our Operations Manager in August 2021. Now he is taking the reigns as our General Manager in 2023 and is ready to let his passion for customer service show even more. In his free time, he enjoys FOOD. He loves to cook as well as dine out. He has a pallet for fine wines as well. When he isn't working or eating, he is looking for his next vacation destination. Thanh is an asset to our team and we are so happy to have him here to Move Customers Forward.
