This company did not delivery anything I was promised or paid for. The movers milked the clock and were lazy. They had 5 items to move that I was guaranteed when booking and only moved 4 of them. Took them double the time it should have due to the standing around on their cell phones for over an hour of my paid time.
I will be contacting the BBB and pursuing a refund!!!!!

Trevor was great but the other two men had a very bad attitude and made it clear they didn't want to be at work that day.

The moving team put a hole in the wall, used a smoking vape, and forgot to put my bed rails on the truck(never picked them up). My property manager has been contacted about the damage done to my wall. I’ve left messages to their office team, but no one has acknowledged my complaints.

We scheduled moving services only a few days in advance and were happy to be accommodated. The movers were very professional, friendly, and worked consistently and carefully. We liked that we were charged by the quarter-hour after the first hour minimum was fulfilled. We were extremely satisfied with their services and experience, and will consider them when we make our next move. Kathleen Romant

The guys were great! Even though we got our first snow of the season on moving day they didn't flinch! Excellent care of my 1800's dining room set. Will definitely use again and refer to everyone!

One of your office people missed gendering me and when I told him he refused to correct himself.
Your moving team was fantastic.

My movers were professional, positive and very careful with my items. They went beyond the service I expected.

Men got lost, twice. They were nice, but tired and phoned it in.
They forgot a bed from old house which was clearly being moved to new house.
Kitchen table was scratched significantly.

The two movers were great and the week before the move I spoke with the office staff and they did everything they could to ease my mind and stress about the move.

The experience was good, 3 of the workers were excellent, overall I would use the services again
