The two gentlemen arrived on time, called to keep me informed of arrival times at each location. Were efficient and friendly. Had time to add in an extra delivery to Salvation Army. All in all, a productive moving day.

The guys were great the only complaint I had was I never received any sort of confirmation text, call or email from the front office and I called 3 times that morning starting to panic because I wasn't sure I was on the schedule. It created some extra stress I really didn't need that day, I recommend some sort of contact to confirm that customers are on the schedule.

The moving team was very professional, and were very patient. I had a large piece of furniture that I moved from a basement, to an upstairs room. The piece would not make it up the stairs. The team, kindly moved it back to the basement. They were on time, were very neat about their work, and carefully wrapped and moved the furniture. I would highly recommend this team!

Used before for 2 prior moves with no problems. This current move was not a good one. Damaged furniture, over charged and did not respect or observe COVID Practices. Will not use again or recommend. Poor customer service. Un-answered emails and no return phone calls.

I'm not sure who to contact but the two drivers/movers who handled the move for me were great too. They arrived in Royal Oak on time, cleared out my boss's apartment efficiently, took the stuff to Salvation Army and were polite and pleasant-Kim
