My movers were efficient, professional, friendly and cared for my belongings wonderfully. I’ve used other companies in the past and Two Men and a Truck exceeded all my expectations and all around better than the other companies. Kyle and Ron were the best!!

Shayna who provided our estimate was WAY off. It took 4 men 2 trips and 15 hours instead of 4 men, 1 trip and 8hours. We were refunded for the extra trip but my concern is actually the quality of work-life balance your workers so or don't have. If this type of drastic difference happens between quote and work often, it's amazing that you have such willing and joyful movers to do the actual work of your company. I spoke with Shayna regarding this she was dismissive and short. I actually had some ask about our experience and said the movers were great but if you receive your quote from Shayna ask for a second quote. She wasted the movers time, our time and we had to do a lot of work we didn't plan on having to do. If we hadnt been able bodied we wouldnt have have gotten moved in one day.

Shayna has been with this company for over 8 years and is very well trained and experienced for her job. She performs several In Home Consultations daily. While there is no exact science in estimating, it can happen that there are misunderstandings or miscommunications that can lend to discrepancies. Our company also uses a computer program to calculate the number of movers, trucks and trips. It is our hope that the refund given helps to satisfy your unhappiness.</div>

The men were more than helpful, and made my move less stressful. They were kind, funny and I would want the same team, of men, to help with any future move. They took very good care of all of my items, and were extra careful with my antique cabinet. I can’t thank them enough for making this move easier for us.

your office staff is horrible. I set up the movers for a Friday and your office staff Jim put us down for a Saturday. The movers moved a bed that reclines and i never received the electric cord. I called the office 3 times now talk to a girl in the office she said she would call me back 3 times now and i still have not heard back from her or the manager. Never would i tell any of my family and friends anything good about 2 man and a truck....
