I can’t say enough about how great Dan and Cody were on our move. If there was a scale of 1-10 they would get a 15. So nice and professional and hard working. They did the job which was harder than usual due to 6-8 inches of snow that fell during the move and 20 steps up to the 2nd floor of the apartment we are staying. The previous people who lived here had Dan and Cody move them and said they were exceptional and told us we should use them. I appreciated that the office followed up with me before, during and after the move to ask about how things were. Thank you 2 men and a truck I will use you again and refer anyone who moves to use you!

I was very pleasantly surprised at how carefully they packed up our furniture, and how capably they moved everything. They worked together well as a team, and we’re very friendly on a day that was otherwise stressful for us. I would absolutely hire them again!!

The two men Randy and Tim were on time, communicated well, listened to every concern I had, reassured me that they could take my burden and handled everything beyond my abilities. They worked efficiently and as a team including me as they worked. The job was well done and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you friendly staff at the office. Beginning with Julienne who met me for estimating the job.

I said acceptable only due to the follow-up of the office team as move itself was horrendous. Movers didn't follow company procedures (communication, paperwork, protecting/wrapping belongings, etc). I am not sure if it was lack of experience but they were careless with my belongings and home. Every newly painted wall and doorway was banged up. Carter who joined later was only + of move. A few years ago I moved previously with diff company with 3 guys, 6hrs, & 1 truck. With this move, they packed so poorly that they claimed two full size trucks were full when none of my large items (3 couches, queen bed, fridge, washer/dryer, exercise bike, 2 TVs) were even in. Carter re-arranged it in 30-60min and magically all the items fit. These are just some stories. Tyler (OpMgr) followup was amazing
